Latest episode in the John Curtis of Long Sutton mystery!

On the 1841 census, John is recorded as NOT been born in Lincolnshire (1799). As he died before the 1851 census, there was no way of knowing which county he was born in.
There's only this one Curtis Family in Long Sutton. He married Ann ? b 1789 Enfield, not sure of date, then they had four kids between 1824 and 1830. After John's death in 1846, wife and one of kids went to live in Alford, where she stayed till she died in 1885.
So NOW I have found a marriage for a John Curtis (widower) in 1829 in Long Sutton. The church record states that he's from Tydd St Giles, CAMBRIDGE!
This is prob not the SAME John Curtis, but hey, there's a connection here somewhere...
